I have 2, depending on where I am geographically. Big Grove Easy Eddy or One Barrel Ninja Dust. Both around 6%, absolutely delicious, and they go with everything!

Wow, lots of Bell's Two Hearted IPA votes. I'm with you too. Just a solid every day drinkable IPA. Hell it's only $7.99 for a 4 pack of 16 oz'ers here in TN. Second go to is Cigar City Jai Alai. A real winner and even better on tap.

If we're painting IPAs with a broad brush, I would have said Heady, too. However, I can't consider it go-to because I can't get it whenever. I'm spoiled with how much I drink it, but it's certainly not an everyday drinker for me. So, yeah, I'm agreeing w/ you that Sip "could" easily be a go-to for me. I'm going to stick with the Hunter and stop rambling. I love IPAs. U know?

Lawson's Finest Liquid's Sip of Sunshine.
As many of you here know, I often call it my "house beer" because it's a great beer that's consistently available in stores near me.

HT hits San Diego in 2 drops, once every 6 months in San Diego. If it came any more frequently, I'd be dead.

Currently it is either Bell's Two Hearted or Founder's Centenial for me. Always subject to change though

Hello guys. I have read through the posts and I see that I am in fine company here regarding the explorative side of what beer can provide. I am a newcomer so please be gentle with me, ha! This topic has landed in my email and I am actually a big fan of all kinds of beers but even more, I enjoy good IPA after a day's work. I am not saying that "mass" production beers do not pique my taste and interest from time to time... I have actually restocked on my biggest beer sin today... Beck's Gold. Love it with a lime infusion. Almost like a BBQ session beer when the season and mood/feeling allows.

As with IPA. I have ventured into these foreign lands myself what feels like 1 year ago. It really opened up my pallet and imagination when it comes to what beer as an ice-cold refreshing drink can provide. My enjoyment from this to many "basic, average" drinks has elevated to an almost ambrosia-like level. Hm. I have tried a lot of foreign and also "homeland" production over the past year and a couple of months... what I have enjoyed the most was this IPA style infused with a touch of "sun" to it in my wording... ie... West Coast style with a freshness of lemon, citruses... and a little acid on top to seal the deal. Very light. I could really feel it.

My second favorite is Double NEIPA styles. Or something with a lot of taste, bitterness to it, and strong volume.

I am quite curious so after drinking foreign productions for ages I have tried my homeland production. Which is the Czech Republic. Family owned and ran breweries like Krušnohor or Permon or Rudohor... Matuška etc...

I really like the pricing and quality vs. foreign retail from what I have tasted and it was about 47 different beers. A lot of different styles, some quite fresh IPA styles I think also, and probably unique types of beer they brew here. I have even found some "IPL" style they call it... which seems like a combination of typical old-school historic technique brewed lager premium pilsner, fused with modern IPA techniques + in some of the breweries they also fuse these beers with fruit infusions that are from locally sourced, grown, and harvested seasonal fruits. My curiosity never gets satisfied so I visited the breweries I enjoyed beer from over some time to look into the processes and it was a very nice experience. Makes my sessions even more enjoyable now. I would recommend you all beer-lovers to visit your local breweries as well. It is a unique experience to get in touch with the masters of brewing craft at work.

I have recently moved due to work. But I was looking into the Czech production over some time just to know what they come up with... some creative ideas here and there. They have recently unified under one "retail" shop or how to call it and they are trying to offer their production to foreign markets which is very nice and I support it fully, ha.

When it comes to beer it is like culture. Every place, country has its own techniques, history, and relationship with said craft. Asian beer, European beer, American beer... so many varieties. So many different ingredients. Beer drinking should be a legit hobby, my guys.

Toast to you and have a wonderful weekend. :-)

    P.S.

I have drunk some "new" experimental almost Bizzare beer from Krušnohor lately... what does it taste like... let's say that if someone enjoys good salami/feast with some basics with a beer... this beer had a development that it felt like a whole meal, lol. Yeah. I will stick to classics.

We’re lucky to have this as a go-to. Glad they started brewing it at Two Roads so that you and I (on Long Island) can get it every day
