Notch Brewing (2022)

Stopped in yesterday and had a Regular and a Polotmavy. Tried the Biersal and oh boy is that smoky. Not for me, but smoke beer guys will love it.

 

Couldn’t make it over on Sat or Sun (too many house projects).
Just saw the twitter and IG posts that both Salem and Brighton are open tomorrow (the Monday holiday) from noon to 6.
Looks like I know what I’m doing for lunch on Monday!

Was so happy they opened at noon yesterday given the weather and the day off. Especially since I didn't get to make it over to have some Biersal and U over the weekend.

Both were solid, and the beer garden was rocking. Super chill with Reggae music playing outside.

I was more excited about the burlesque show coming to Brighton.

 

Unless something changed, there's an expanded Starkbierfest in March as well (e.g. Loggerhead, Rauch Doppelbock…Bierstacheln)

 

They're supposed to have a Doppelsticke for Starkbierfest too.

You're closer than me. I would have had to trek about 2.5 miles in the snow plus a T ride to get there… not saying I wouldn’t have….

I'll be there tomorrow and I'm super excited about Lost. And Biersel. And Cerne Pivo. And I might have to try Ungespundet again to see if I can figure out what makes it so delicious. Oh dear, this could be an expensive afternoon.

 

Between the Bonsai event and the Dungeons and Flaggons event, its kinda busy here for 12:30 on a Sunday. Good for Notch.
I'm enjoying a crappy book, a bag of nice nak's, and liter of Tenner while soaking in the mellow vibe.
Can't wait to be here on a nice day with the outside tables and Notch Provisions up and running.
