    So was it like the old Charlie Brown cartoons?

    I remember the old Avery Momi Hiwa bottles having huge chucnks of toasted coconut in suspension. It was off-putting for sure.

    A little "Rock Out With Your Bock Out" after dinner beer.
    Filets 2 hours in the sous vide at 120° and pan seared in cast iron, Porcini Mushroom/Red Wine reduction, 'Bernaise' Coumpound butter, Truffled Mash and Roasted Asparagus. Turned out decent.

    You can get the Woodstock Blu-Ray if you wanted. I have this set on DVD and it's excellent.

Make sure your friend has a tough MF advocate. Probably can’t be there to watch, but be present on the phone. With the attending. With each shift’s charge nurse. Believe it.
