Exactly. Dont get me wrong I eat my steak and burgers rare/med rare and I like carpaccio. See the steak I had earlier that I sous vide to 120 and finished in cast iron! Thats the way to go.

 

If I ever see it again, I feel I need to revisit it as much as you drink it.

After a couple big bottles of big beers, it's time mellow down easy with a good old Cedar Dust.

 

Love it I have a Larry Carlton guitar on order but probably won't see it until April or May. He has a brand called Sire. Reasonably priced and are supposed to be excellent guitars.

Y, i've got some home field advantage, AV has put on a bit of push lately, branding/packaging a bit different on most other offerings. Side note, boont amber ale was one of the first craft brews i ever had, even on draft, i never liked it. Also, if you ever see the newer 8% ba stout, don't bother
