I live in the north side of the Denver metro in the burbs, but I just haven't seen many places with good examples of UK styles and I haven't actually seen a Mild or Bitter of any sort in person, and I've just been so curious to give the style a try so I can finally have an idea of what it tastes like.

Any suggestions from Longmont down to centennial along the front range or within a similar drive would be appreciated, or if there are any distributed examples I'd like to know about those too, as I just haven't seen them.

Hogshead on 29th & Utica has 7 beer engines if you're a fan of cask beer as well as regular CO2 taps.

Let me be the third person to recommend Hogshead. In my opinion, there isn't a better ESB or Mild brewed in Colorado. Try the Chin Wag (their ESB) on Cask and CO2 and note the differences.

Been mentioned before, but Hogs Head has bitters and milds on tap and cask engine. It's my one and only "must stop" when in Denver.

Hogshead and Bull & Bush are the answers. B&B bottles the Tower ESB, Man Beer (English IPA), Big Ben (English style brown), and Release the Hounds (English barleywine). I've seen those as far north as Boulder.

Hogshead for a long time was brewery only, but they recently have started limited canning runs of their absolutely killer Chinwag ESB. It is by far the best English style beer I've had in Colorado. Found a four pack at Trader Joe's at 8th/Colorado but I havent seen the four packs too many places around town.

    Good luck!

Hogshead Brewery. They brew ordinary bitter, best bitter, ESB, mild, barley wine, London Porter. All the stuff on cask is great
