    Was thankfully able to grab a couple PH1 bottles to go, because I also started my day with a bottle of Stagg and I couldn’t even finish it, lol. It was fantastic, but strong!! I had some PH1 on-site last night but am glad I’ll be able to crack some bottles in the coming months.

    Is there anything pH1 can't do?

    SP/Anchorage Collaboration Forever Darkness is our Triple Barrel-Aged Stout created in collaboration with
    Gabe Fletcher at Anchorage Brewing Co. It was brewed in January 2019 with an influence from both breweries in the recipe. We aged this beer in Willett Rye barrels for 8 months, then Willett Bourbon barrels for 12 months and then
    finished the aging in Willett Rye barrels for the final 16 months. #sideprojectbrewing
