I am going to sit at the virtual bar with @Shanex. The Green Bay Packers are finally traveling to Europe this fall. I may need to join them.

 

It’s about five minutes to six am and I’m finishing this beer and enjoying various versions of this song, cause let’s admit it, in Hell, we’ll all be in good company.

 

Sprecher Mai Bock for breakfast. This weekend did not go as planned beer drinking wise. Ice and snow is the big reason why. Plus I'm getting old and worn out maybe too. I have plenty of beers (bocks) I bought in Eau Claire on saturday. But don't have the energy to review the new to me be beers. I did stop at three tap rooms before the freezing rain got the best of me and stopped me from driving around.

Good day BAs! Thanks, @Shanex, for starting today's thread! "Sunday Morning Coming Down" is one of my favorite beers that I can only get in TX, so twice a year I stock up. Now I'm down to one can so It's about time for another TX beer run, after I get back from Munchen, that is.



However, today's New Breakfast Beer is one I've had before but never reviewed:



Well, I'm not impressed. The price point was OK where I live, but for those of you who paid north of 20 bucks a bottle, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I'll let you have, cheap! Rating 4.13, rDev -1.4%.

 

Wicked Pulpy can hold his own with just about anyone.

 

It's a shitty snowy start to Sunday. One kid has an ear infection and was up all night. So I'll be cracking open a Self Care NA Cool Beans Coffee stout and waiting for the urgent care to open.
@Urk1127 I enjoy some of the oi! hXc crossover, but agnostic front has never tripped my trigger. I'm in it for bands like Discipline and Slapshot.



I was at the show in the next clip. My buddy and I were the two hecklers he was talking shit to in the intro. The crowd sucked. No pit. No energy. Fuck Denver.

 

I was at a cro mags show in Philly of all places. No pit at all seriously. It felt weird. And not a lot of old heads there was a person who looked 14 trying to get a pit started and it never did. I won’t start one. I’m getting old. But if one exists I’ll be in it. I’ve heard of slap shot. I’ll have to give them a listen.

Slapshot is good shit. While not Oi!, the band is just straight hardcore, Kill Your Idols is my favorite.


Thought they had two guitarists for a long time. The harmonics dude lays over the main chords makes it sound like two dudes. Love em.
