It is pretty nice. When i try to do it i tend to make everything too symmetrical, when we know our faces are usually not

Slept like a demi-God Saturday night after the race.
This (past?) night? Night so much - so off to grading I go with some N/A U A choco-malt thing.
Tchin-tchin to the time zones far east of here.... and cheers to when you awake...

 

Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for opening today's thread. Starting off sunny and mild here after a weekend of snow showers and virtually no accumulation except on the previous snow piles. Today's New Breakfast Beer is another oldie from the reefer:



A bit past BB date (16 Jan 22) and the pumpkin and cinnamon are non-existent - just another chili beer at this point. Rating 3.03, rDev -19.6%.

A soup, bagel, and beer before heading out to enjoy the nice weather. This is one of four of my remaining Summer beers, ironically nearly as fresh as the current available SNPA bottles (at least as of the previous Saturday).

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale



Still doing OK, though not as crisp or bitter than a fresh one.

Will stick with the 1985 Saturday set 'Til Tuesday.

....this is the 3rd "Black is Beautiful", I've had and it's the only one that isn't an Imperial Stout. I assumed the brewers were all using the same recipe, oh well......

 

Happy Monday everyone!
just got off work (an hour ago),I stretched my way a bit and went to an old friend's beershop.
I wanted a nice Pils, as my first after-work beer:

Mukkeller (Marche, ITA) - MU PILS - Pils (5,2%)

50 cl bottle.
On the nose immediately scent of wheat, bread crust and rusks.
Poured is golden yellow, clean and shiny.
The right and abundant soft foam that forms a large and fragrant hat over the beer which, if poured in the right way and with the right times (even poured from the can at least 5 min.), Is a sight to behold.
In the mouth, splendid sensation of freshness and liveliness: splendid taste of bread crust, durum wheat, slight hint of honey immediately "dried / dried" by a very balanced herbaceous, almost bitter hint of green wheat ear (fresh, not dried), which integrates very well with that taste of bread that characterizes the entry of beer into the mouth.
Beautiful and good.

Yet another great test with Mukkeller's low fermentations after their splendid MUKKELLERINA (Keller) and SMOKE (Rauch).
Pils in full style, very fun to drink and definitely satisfying.

dHop 40 dipa 8.5% - Equilibrium
I said it before I'll say it again another tasty beer by Equilibrium. Damn tasty first beer of the day. This latest batch of Equilibrium brews that made it to Texas have been some of my favorite beers by them. I praise the people helping spread these out of state beers to Texas we really appreciate it. I did have the first Texas brewed NEIPA that impressed the F out of me this past weekend. Soon as I get to their brewery I'm going to pick up a pack to review. IPA rant over. Cheers!

 

been thinking about Labatt for a couple days to come to the conclusion that this is a crispier Budweiser literally on the money. Drier. Crispier Budweiser. I like it.
