I have all the receipts but I refuse to add them up. I'm going to guesstimate $2500-3500 a year.

I'm thinking $2,500.. New Year's Resolution is to stay under $1,500 next year.

Before homebrewing I spent 4-5K per year. ( a lot of belgians ) Now instead of $12 on a corked 750, I make one for $1. A magnum for $2 . I bought a 3 liter bottle of Saint Feuillien Triple last night as a gift. Paid $76. :slight_frown:
I have a 3 liter swing top at home I could have filled for $4 but a commercial brew was requested.

Same here, but it's mainly due to the fact that I jerk off while looking at my beer more often than ****.

There is no way I am giving my wife's future divorce lawyer any additional ammo but responding to this thread.

I'll just say too much and leave it at that.

I don't even try to keep track because I know I could buy the guitar of my dreams with that money.

It's definitely my second largest entertainment expense behind music. Around $20 a week a the most though, splurges happen though.

I got back from Afgahistan in Sept. and since then, because I drank everything before I left I have spent about $2000. I went to Belgiun for 15 days while on R & R leave while deployed and spent a stupid amount on beer, but it was a once in a lifetime experince.

$2711.25 year to date on bottles
(no idea how much at breweries, bars, events)

I'm only budgeted at $100/month, so I'm about 100% over budget.

Even though my wife reads all my posts I am going to be honest. I spent 736.19 this year on beer.

My spending goes in cycles depending on which new release I'm interested in. I spent around $4000 this year. Hopslam, KBS, Harvest Ale, and Backwoods Bastard accounted for a 1/4 of that. The other 1/4 was my Three Floyds road trips. The other 1/2 were impulse buys and bar bills.
