Yeesh, I pay attention to friends in Ukraine for a few hours and this thread blows up! Page 3 and I haven’t gotten my pairing yet.

To comment on the problem of trying to use a phone book for random guessing of a target, remember that they are normally citywide only. And with @Roguer stating that there are no neighbor states, well, the single city thing probably won’t work.

But points for trying!

No, I'm saving it for when our son James comes to visit (a week from today). Neither of us has had a Magnum.

We might even allow Joy to join the hootenanny (she likes lagers and LOVES champagne).

I have SOOOOOO much beer - three beer fridges are packed tight, so tight that I have a case of Transient Impy Stouts sitting in the 12-pack box by the main beer fridge in the garage. A lot of those will be shipped during this BIFfer (I'm probably close to having two boxes ready for my target), plus when we carve out that Magnum (I think beer #2 will be that Fremont bomber you and @snaotheus collaborated on to send my way - yes, I plan a week or two ahead on my beer consumption), I'll start to get some space.

And then I'll get a porch crushing and the cycle will start again. Ah, the first-world beer-nerd problems of a beer nerd living the BIFfer lifestyle.

 

I was a science experiment - the week after we were married, Joy showed up at home with a basal thermometer and the requisite paperwork to chart her ovulation cycle. She was on the pill up until then, so it took a couple of months for that to clear her system.

She'd wake up in the morning, take her temperature and chart the temp. If that was "the day" - saddle up, we're going to go for a ride.

I'm almost positive James was conceived at my Mom and Dad's house in Dayton in my childhood bed. So I've got THAT going for me.

 

I have never sent a beer this far nor this close. I am going to have fun with the box or two. I think I will lob a few taters someone's way!
