NBS BIF #15 Hints and Hauls: Was it Over When the Canadians Bombed BIF #14? HELL NO!

Hint #1: I am shipping South and East.
#2: The nearest MLB team to my target is not in the same division as the Seattle Mariners.
3: I have physically been in my targets state of residence. (I have been to 29-1/2 states. the 1/2 depends on wether one counts just being in the airport changing planes as being in the state. I generally don't.)

My clues thus far have only ruled out the folks eliminated by the set forth by the management of this BIF.

 

1: I am shipping toward the setting sun
2: I have never visited my Target's State before.

 

I am like a thousandth of an inch away from calling you out,,,,but I never want to be accused of ending the hints too soon

 

I recently posted a beer on NWS. Will my target receive said beer? Will they receive a different beer from the same brewery? These are good questions for my target to ponder.
