After really digging dh grissette, I pretty excited for this one

 

I’ve never had either (grisette or Marietta) from SP, but I enjoy the styles from others I’ve had.

DB Derivation 375s were $40 (on-site only of course). I don't see why they'd charge $50, let alone $100, just because it can be taken home.

 

I mean, LC didnt get DM and Symmetry, but what else did they not get? I feel like it would be quite disappointing that they don't get this bottle, but being photographed on a barrel like that, it's definitely getting it's own blog post and public release. Fingers crossed for a LC release tho.

Really? I always took you as the more barleywine purist type. I say bring it on tho! I’m partial to a bit of vanilla in barleywines tho

 

If that’s the case, hopefully it’s nothing like Coconut Symposium, because that was vile. Took one sip and felt the cavities form & discovered I developed diabetes.

DH Marietta Ave dropped this morning. Surprisingly doesn't seem like there's very much, tho they might be holding some back for packages?

 

Bubble wrap was the big on that annoyed me LC didn’t get. DB MiTW, doesn’t seem like there was enough bottles for everyone. Smell vibes is a different story cause LC doesn’t get Cocovibes, morning vibes or a lot of the other non BA shared stouts. But I would have also thought the fact that they did 375 waxed derivations would have meant LC was getting those and that didn’t pan out. So I guess it’s just all random anymore.

 

*Remembers the good old days of LC where LC did get every Shared bottle*
