I don’t want to brag. But my Stove Top Stuffing just got 3 stars from the Michelin reviewer who just stopped by. Just saying.

Had to move on from that Haze Maze beer, just didn't care for it much. That was a beer that just showed up at my local market so I assumed it was a new beer and I neglected to check the date on it which turned out to be 12/22/21 so it's just about 4 months old - maybe that's the problem. I picked up a pack of FFF Gumbalhead the other day at another market and the date of that one was 07/2020 - I didn't buy it of course. This one was canned 3/1/22 ..

It's a start - That's where the 50K is being held in May so doing some course-specific stuff to better guesstimate rough times, finding the right pace, etc. It's completely up and down, and that's the challenging part. Good luck in your prep!

That album... magic in my view. Didn't even care for the movie that much but the album is gold. Or Frankinscence, or something like that...

my vacation started today I’m heading to Littleton New Hampshire to spend the week visiting my favorite brewery schilling. We stopped in Milford ct for the night and when we traveled through New Jersey I stopped for beer to drink in the hotel tonight and picked up a four pack of this awesome beer.

Hope everyone had a fantastic day whatever you celebrate!
Im home after quite a busy day and week at the restaurant. Believe it or not Im going to try to squeeze in a couple of new beers. First:
Aslin Beer Co Master of Oranges DIPA.
I can guess what this is all about ...
Pours a bery hazy yellow gold with quite a large off white head that has great retention and plenty of lacing.
Aroma - yup tons of sweet orange and tangerine followed by some mild mango and tropical notes, peach.
    Taste follows those notes.
The finish is mildl citrus pith bitterness.
Its pretty damn soft in feel but there is a nice long lasting carbonation throughout the medium/full body.
A little drying hop oil on the front of the tongue. No hint of 8.4%. Im downing this way too fast after a long day. Pretty darn good. Havent had a bunch from Aslin but have another for tonight if I make it. Maybe not the master but orangy as heck. And good.
    Short but sweet. Cheers![IMG]
