Good day BAs and Good Evening @AzfromOz! Thanks for starting the thread! I've had one brew from 8-Wired - iStout Affogato - and it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth - hope your beer warmed up to taste better than mine!

Thank you @AzfromOz for starting the thread. How rude of those kiwis to try and wreck your palate. I have worked with a few of them and I can say that they are a mischievous bunch (at least that's what I gathered from the handful words I'd understand each time they said something).

My roaming or northern Greece continues. Went for a wine tour of the Alpha Estate. In-freaking-sane quality. It is located between two lakes, Vagoritida and Petron and I'm including some photos. Did not bring warm enough clothes so I froze my butt off. Greece can get cold folks.

About to open up this bad boy to have with lunch. Septem is a well known Greek craft brewery, making a surprisingly wide variety of lagers.

Had that beer a few times in Paris, great beer.

 

Good morning/afternoon/evening BAs! Busy beautiful day so far…in addition to the usual morning routine, I dropped Mrs. Z and her friend off at this weekend’s huge lawn & garden festival. Afterwards I went on my Saturday morning beer run…coffee time - KBS:



Bottled 3/1/22. Poured at 54°. I had to go to 2 big box stores (no FBS either at the grocery store) today to find this beer (I’ve been looking of late). Still lots of this winter’s variants on the shelves - Hazelnut, and Espresso, each @ $26.99/4 and Cinnamon @$27.99/4. While I like the Hazelnut, I prefer the OG especially @$18.99/4.

Today should hit the mid 80s again here, sunny and breezy, gorgeous weather. The girls should have a great day at the show. In anticipation of their impulse buying, upon returning home I emptied out our SUV to accommodate any plant purchases. Otherwise a quiet day for me at home with the dogs. Cheers and have a sensational Saturday y’all!

 

Happy Saturday BA's, off today and slept in until 0715! Chores done and prepping for lunch with a WW Dr. Dank and it's great! I can't believe how much better these self contained pool cleaners are over the typical vacuum hose cleaners. If away from home you can leave it in the pool and program it to run 1-3 times per week and emptying the self contained catch basket is a breeze.....

Hopefully everyone is enjoying outdoor type weather today, 76 and headed to 84 here....

There’s is a “Belgian” cafe in fishkill New York I went to some years ago for a birthday. I still have this empty bottle on my mantle with a rose is in I keep. Awesome beer.

 

Something small and heavy to start the day. Going to hit 80 here, warmest so far all year, so going to be working outside quite a bit. Happy Saturday, advocates!
