Trimmed and Burning, oak aged sour with peaches, ginger, and yarrow. Best of Hands.

 

This is nice, little change of lager.

Since Im off the yacht and back home and nit working hows about a New Beer Saturday!
Springdale (aka JA experimental sector) Do Your Art IPA -Idaho7/Amarillo.
Pours a hazy egg yolk orange with a creamy 2 finger off white head that settles to a thin ring with layers of lacing.
Aromas of sweet tangerine/orange, grapefruit and some herbal/ floral notes. A white wine like thing I get from Idaho 7 as well.
Taste follows with juicy citrus, hints of mango, grapefruit and pine bitterness, nice base of honeyed malts.
Feel is medium/light, really nice carbonation, full flavored for 6.5%, finishes nicely bitter and dry with that lingering honey malt. Really well balanced and tasty. Dig this one.

This was (what I thought) a really cool video I shot last night looking towards 195 new bridge here in Providence. But Im actually more intrigued by the sound. There are 3 clubs lined up on the waterfront and each one had a different vibe, crowd and music. It really was the voice of the night as it all blended together. I would love to loop this and use it as a backing track for a song/music. Turn it up or put headphones on and I think you will see what I mean.

Salzburger Stiegl Goldbräu.

Nothing special, just good beer. Brings back good memories to me from when I used to do some (minor) alpine climbing, south of Salzburg.

Du riechst so gut (You smell so nice / I like your smell) by Rammstein was played at some cabins in those days (over 20 years ago ..).

I remember climbing the stairs (stiegl) to the Stiegl place too. Very nice place to visit by the way
I know Stiegl is widely available in some parts of Canada and the US. Wish we could have it in NL.

Along with their new immaculate brewery came some new brews, and this one slaps.

This CT brewery can do no wrong, every single beer is spot on. (IMO)

Cocoa & bakers chocolate notes, silky smooth mouthfeel.

Been working on getting my redneck pool open the last couple days. I have no plans to get in it for a couple weeks at least, temperature is 70 degrees. This is a new to me Fade IPA from New Anthem Brewing out of Wilmington NC, not bad.

 

Mild Animals at Best of Hands. It's a very nice dark mild.
