That would require my undivided attention!
I also need a thesaurus whenever I read one of his novels.

Now onto Kasteel Rouge, a fine beer and its 8% ABV delicacy of berries… cheers!

    Parabola 2021 Vintage 13.6% - Firestone Walker
Finishing off my bottle of Parabola from last night. Didn't know how long it'd keep with the cork but was nicely carb'd still when I pulled it I love that sound. I tell you I'm glad I saved a bunch of liquor bottle tops. This has been my favorite BBA stout I have had. I can't wait to try the 2022 version. I need to pick up another 1 of these to. I oughta be feeling pretty great after this 1. Cheers y'all!

Cold, rainy, cellar beer weather. Meh.

    Bourbon County Brand Wheatwine (2019)

Discussed this further in the Cellar Review thread. Bottom line, it's drinking well, doesn't look pretty with the floaters. Would drink any remaining bottles soon, don't see it improving at this stage. Also, this is very strong, feeling a knockout nap approaching soon.

Just one thing makes me forget....

Have you ever seen the rain? Double IPA from Little Rain Brewing Company.
Next time I should but two cans (at least).

    Hey BA's

Just finished cutting the grass at my mom's place - need to get mine done again too - my 4th time cutting already, despite the cool spring weather!

The other new beer I picked up this am, is this delicious Dry Hop'd Zwickl collab with Bitburger / Deschutes.....very nice stuff - only $8.99 for 4pk of pint cans - going to go back and get a few more of these - really well done!

I never know what glassware to use on these collab deals - so I poured some into a Deschutes one and a Bitburger one - I think it tastes better in the 'Bit glass! Haha!

Pondaseta Brewing Co. -- The Mandarinian
    Dry hopped German pilsner
ABV: 5.2%; pouring temperature: 50 °F; canning data: unknown

    look: 3.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Clear olden body; nice carbonation; thick head, frothy and white with excellent retention. Alluring floral nose with elements of cantaloupe and musk melon; light citrus as the beer opens. Nice, clean taste; light malt base with suggestions of biscuit plus a moderate hop bitterness; light ester flavors in the background; very subdued grain sweetness. Medium body; smooth and silky; mild dryness throughout.

A very nice, easy drinking pilsner utilizing Mandarina Bavaria hops.
