Why doesn't New Glarus make a pils?

    Yes, this is exactly along the lines of what I was thinking. Everyone likes a good pils! Don't they? And his whole "drinkability" thing.. I dunno. A good german style bitter pils is pretty damn drinkable for a lot of people, beer freaks or not. But Dan knows a lot more than I do.
