    Stopped by today to try the bier d'alsace and grab some cans. Delicious from the tap, but now trying a can at home I get more of the malt and earthy flavor than the slight fruitiness I enjoyed at the brewery. Still very tasty but definitely a different experience. Anyone else tried both ways? What did you think?

    I also mentioned I might swing by tomorrow and got blank looks as to why until I mentioned the cask offering then I was told that was a Sooper Secret. So watch yourself @AlcahueteJ! Snitches get stitches if the hardcore lager bois get shut out due to loose lips :rofl:

    I got way more bitterness on tap last week than I am getting from the can at home tonight. I think it lacks some of that in your face corn chex I got last year that I loved. But, this is still such a great beer. Bought a few 4-packs.

    Yup, packaging can indeed impact the sensory aspects of a given beer brand.

    But I suppose the 'good news' is that y'all enjoyed the draft experience?

    I put ribs on the smoker like 45 minutes ago so depending on how long that takes, I will or will not make it.

    “Busiest” Friday at this time that I can recall. There is an event in one section, a couple dozen people, but otherwise, more people in a bit staying and enjoying drafts. And why not, it’s gorgeous out.

    Told my girlfriend she has to be ready to roll by 2:40. Hopefully the wi-fi is functioning today, gonna be a work from the brewery afternoon!

    Nah, not necessarily. Seems like mostly a great weather, get a beer crowd than lager nerds waiting on a gravity cask.

    I shot over straight from work and got there around 4. I was actually running to the brewery from my car.

    Hung out with @Sheppard and @EnronCFO and finally officially met @MattOC.

    Good times! Then I went home and the toilet was leaking from the third floor all the way to the 1st floor where I live. Toilet water dripping right next to your bed is no fun.
