    Yay, putting down some roots. Way to go, Scott. I'm coming for a visit sometime soon, maybe this year for the grand opening.

    • Tentative Opening: mid-April
      • Tuesday and Wednesday: 4pm-9pm
      • Thursday and Friday: 4pm-10pm
      • Saturday:12pm-10pm
      • Sunday from 10am-6pm

    hey y'all. we are putting the final touches on the boiler install as we speak. we had a rep in from overseas this weekend to test all aspects of the brewhouse and fermentation system. all looks good for an opening at the end of july (lagers take time...even young ones like kellerbier and/or lagered top fermenting beers like weißbier or kölsch). so...like reef said: soon:sunglasses:
