    Happy hump day all!

3 Monts is in my glass this early afternoon. It’s a beer you can (normally) find even in America though I wouldn’t bet they’re super fresh for you guys. And it’s not for everyone either. I enjoy it immensely, and a few other people I have met IRL, including some BAs and members of the Virtual Bar didn’t like it as much.

I cannot complain about it, it’s a bière de garde so that’s almost home for me (north of France) and for 1,60€ a 330ml bottle not a ripoff by any standards.

    Cheers!

    Good morning BA
I cut my night short at 13 hours. Already had a short pour of Old Ezra 7 year and moving on to hops.

I have quite a few Stone glasses. If they made more beers like Ruinten and distributed them to southern Indiana, I'd drink a lot more of their beer. 22oz Bastard variants, anniversary beers and Enjoy Bys used to eat a hole in my beer budget 15 years ago. I'm glad they offered up the vote for favorites thing. Getting to retry a lot of old favorites.

Cheers all and enjoy your Wednesday!

    Stone 25 anniversary triple IPA.
A single leftover I found in the supermarket. A beer from 2021. But at 12,5% this massively hopped IPA keeps its taste for a long time I believe. Had some in 2021 and I can not tell any difference yet (from memory).
    Cheers

    Hey hump day BA's

Found a place not far (a "Get Go" gas station of all places!) that has this brew, which I have been on the lookout for.....damn tasty - and at $2.79 per 19.2 oz stovepipe, I dig it! I bought a couple of these, some 2 Hearted in 19.2 oz can, and DFH 90 min....all big stovepipes - at $2.79 ea - hard to go wrong with that!!

    Beer is good......oh yeah!

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have this amazing pup Emma in my life.....she is awesome!

I for one like 3 Monts. Over time had some bombers. Outstanding high quality beer to me. I would buy it every week if it was here on the shelves. Like the old fashioned way how corks are secured too.
    Cheers!

Yep, dogs are amazing. I couldn't imagine my world without our babies. You take care of them and they will reward you with love and loyalty. Just my 2¢.

The carbonation on these Kölsch styles are crazy. Very lively all the way through, especially in a nucleated drinking vessel.

Those bombers and corked bottles are a real pain in the ass though, I just like the smaller bottle version.

Yet it’s a great beer, highly ranked in the BA database as far as Bière de Garde go; it’s one of the classic and a must try.

    Prost!
