Second Second Fiddle from Fiddlehead for me, just a superb IPA. Happy Wednesday, Cheers!!

 

Block 15 Accumulator Doppelbock. Fresh crusty brown bread, biscuit, some caramel and burnt sugar, slight black cherry, some raisin, cocoa powder, peat. Not a style I'm too familiar with, but I really dig it. Now I just need to get my hands on some of their IPA's.

 

What did you think of it? They're on my don't buy list based on previous experiences - I don't buy any Frost products anymore.

I'm not drinking a beer right now because I am watching my daughter while my girl is at work.

I'm posting because while it may not be considered "glamorous" to some or whatever

I was offered the job. And I could scream. 9 years of trying and studying and personal investment for certifications to prove im serious about this industry and I finally get a chance and at my favorite brewery at that.

Still in Florida, I’m not necessarily a fan of session IPA’s, but this one is done very well, IMHO. Good stuff, IMHO.

Love me some Thai P.A. I'm very jealous you're so close to them! Then again, it's probably for the best since I would be over there way too often My local liquor store just recently got them and what they sent of this beer definitely tastes fresh, so I'm a happy guy. They make good stuff across the board, but imho their IPA's (especially the "old school" ones) are top notch. Cheers!
