Apparently these same Boo-ers are petitioning for the beer to be renamed Deth By Recurrants.

Looks like Rev has 100 lotto boxes leftover, limit 2pp. Does anyone who made it to the festivities last night care to share what they got?

Not saying this isn’t a lot to swallow, but they are $50 (not $60).

Considering some of those beers went for $40 a 4 pack, sounds like a fair price…especially when you factor in today’s inflation to those pre 2021 beers.

To be honest, I'd pay this at the end of the deep woods release if they only included beers released the last 4ish months. I really prefer Rev fresh, and don't really want them aged more than a year.

I'm willing to pay a premium for a variety (including a mystery box), but not to keen on doing this when I'm going to get some aged beers that were part of a $24-28 4-pack.

I support all those that do, though. Glad the options exists for you.

I bought the NFT of the person realizing they got VSOJ in their mystery pack. Have a pending trade of NFT:6 VSOJ+

Checked my history on here...and I really liked Deth By Currants!

I'm torn here...does this mean I'll dislike the "better" version being rolled out? Should I just be excited that a beer I liked is returning? How does my #trashpalate factor in here?

I for one loved Deth by Currants. It was my favorite variant when it was released. Looking forward to it returning!

Excited by the lineup! Most anticipated is Coconut Deth, but also have a feeling Lumber Struck will be an under the radar hit.

Randomly went there with the missus last night and the special SJ they have on tap right now is very good. Le Petite Deth is not very good as someone else mentioned. Was really nice to revisit 10 year beer and the 4th year quad someone else mentioned was also great.

Never a bad time hitting up Rev.

I think it was like 58 and change out the door, and as someone else said, if im getting a 2019 Deth’s Tar, that’s not making me feel great about the purchase.

Well, we are an insufferable bunch aren't we? I don't recall anyone forcing people to buy these library boxes. You knew what the possibility was when you bought one. Buy it, or don't, but don't bitch about the price afterwards when you didn’t get what you were hoping for. And I know people aren't like outright mad or anything around here, but we've all been doing this a while. Come on people.

On a lighter note, drank a Ryeway '21 last night for the first time in a bit. What an amazing beer. So enjoyable from start to finish.

I don’t think it will be under the radar, based on Mineshaft Gap I suspect Lumber Struck will be the best beer of the bunch.

God I hope it is every bit as good as Mineshaft. That beer is a real gem when fresh.

Do we know what kind of wine barrels they used for Lumber Struck?
