    I wish i could find both narwhals on a regular basis. All i see is a shitload of their Little Things all over shelves along with torpedo and pa.

    The way you feel about ten fidy i feel about Dark Apparition, their BA version falls so short compared to Base .

    I dont care for anything you say tho cuz you said IRS is booboo :cold_sweat:

    Wish i was reporting with good news about my second time trying this.

    It's still shit, so underwhelming. Lacking balance, barrel and the glory of the 2020 Anvil and Stave Version.
    Not even gonna bother with updated notes .
    1 point cuz its Speedway and one point cuz it has alcohol.
    Too expensive for what this is, considering Deths Tar is around the same price in mind boggling

    I figured it out. The 2022 Speedway tastes like cheap bourbon.
    It led me to the realization that at im not that big a fan of Barrel Aged Stouts.
    An epiphany.
    Who am i?

    Barrel Aged stouts have always been kind of a scam to me.

    ISO Non BBA Non Adjunct High ABV Stouts.

    Kokytus by Martin House ((after an unlisted Prison City BA Wham Whams, which was delicious). Whiskey barrel starts acting up front, but the cacao nibs do a nice job of keeping it from getting too alcohol hot.

    This was a 4 pack I was given as a gift. Thank you. Not a beer i would buy on my own so it was nice to get this and get out of my zone. Very raspberry smell that has a lot more chocolate in the taste. Bit dry and sone bitterness. Not my cup of tea but I appreciate this for what it is.

    As this warms up it gets a little bit sour like a raspberry.

    It's insane that i gotta trade on the OTHER coast for beers made on MY COAST(unless they brew it in NC so itll make sense)

    Just used Sierras beer finder and Narwhal and BA Narwhal don't show up within 25 miles of me in any type ( can, bottle, tap) Ridiculous!

    Got an upper body focused workout in ( hella hammer curls, shoulder presses, rows and lat raises ) with a minor focus on lower body ( 25 KB swings and a 25 Dumbell Squats) this morning . Waited a bit to have a good beer. Had breakfast packed with the protanz and now its beer time!!!!

    Regular is seasonal and feels like they make less each year. Not seen any sitting in quite awhile. BA is supposed to be year round but I almost never see it. BA was $18-20 but the last time I saw it was up to $25. I passed as it’s not a $25 pack of beer in my taste.

    I will NOT enjoy!

    I knew of one place that sold BA Narwhal cans for 5 bucks. I would never pay 25 for anything sierra Nevada. Bigfoot tastes like a triple ipa, torpedo sucks and snpa is only good if you're in the mountains .
    Atomic Torpedo is at gas stations here and I'll get it because it beats voodoo ranger and modelo.

    Shame on them
