    Full review in New Beer Sunday #908. Hops and honey are the leads here, light cracker, more so from the nose. Enjoyable, but not a traditional Kolsch, though it is consistent with the canning notes.

    Hi Guys!

    Just stopping by to let everyone know that I will be not visiting for the foreseeable future. Lots of stress and lack of needed attention to health is the reason I have to give up beer. First order of business is to get my metabolic disease under control or reversed. Then perhaps the occasional beer.

    I have learned a ton about beer and the great variety from this forum, this thread and members. I appreciate the friendly and respectful atmosphere here as well. I most likely will pop in occasionally once things are under control and well down a road less traveled.
