Please line up in an orderly fashion so I can fight each person shitting on Barrel 6150.

Cream soda bliss with a tropical fruit twist...somehow via a dark English Barleywine?

Also very much enjoyed Outside Now their Pre-Pro Pilsner. Nice beer and always happy to see Sugar Creek Malt used.

...did NOT know that was Sugar Creek malt.

    It was very tasty!

Outside Now was the beer of the night for me, had a few of those.

Out of the 3 variants on tap, Deth n Roses was the clear winner. So complex and delicious. DB Thundersauce was good too, but not quite at DnR level. 6150 was too sweet for my liking.

Thought the Sun Crusher freebies may have been because it was reaching end of life......nope 9 days old. Rev just don't miss.

Went to Dmen to lay down a base beforehand. Stayed for the Lumberstruck and Coconut Deth they had on tap. Then went and hit all the variants. Agreed that DB Deth's & Roses was the winner for me and a super complex BA stout. No clear signs of oxidation like many extended BA stuff I've had. Thundersauce was next and also great the BH Lumbestruck was also very well done. Finished the night with an Outside Now @thewimperoo . Agreed it's really good. Did Beer Temple for some things. Good times, spectacular beer all around as always.

This sounds like the most interesting part of the night. Huzzah!

Honkers and some EH Taylor things. A torta got in the mix on the way home. So sleepy...

I seem to be the only one who wasn't into Deth's N Roses. The drier component and heavy oak was too much for me, just like of overwhelming. On the other hand, I thought Thundersauce was excellent.

Oh man, I really wish they canned this! I'm not going to Rev until Sunday, but will be sure to try it out. Malted corn is amazing when Bierstadt work with it, plus Sugar Creek are awesome, so you can't go wrong!

On a note of Sunday - do they still keep a keg of each variant for each day? Really hoping to try some of these when I go.

I dk the answer to this, but everything but Supermassive Coconut was still on when they closed last night.

EDIT: Also, lumberstruck is a great nick name for the hangover that happens after too much BA beer.

I'll be there around midday as the tall, ponytailed guy in a metal shirt reading book 5 of the Wheel of Time series and lamenting the end of quiet Deep Woods releases.

Everything is back on and it's tasting great. I think I liked Supermassive Coconut best followed by Deths n Roses. Thundersauce was super interesting to revisit and I really liked that. 6150 was unique but thought it was slightly too sweet. Would be interested to see some dry component Straight Jacket blended with that. Thundertaker on draft was excellent. Shouts to my wife for being my driver. She's the best.

You're not the only one. I didn't like Deth's N' Roses much...SO boozy and dry, I found it pretty one dimensional.

I had a Lumberstruck on draft on Friday and really enjoyed it...cracked a can tonight on a fresh palate and it's fantastic. This is as elegant as a "big dumb beer" (Marty's words) can be...silky mouthfeel, red wine notes and a satisfying waffle cone flavor that I last tasted in Napa Parabola.

I have 11 cans left and I already feel like it's not enough.
