    Bit of a dreary day here, but I’m not here again to complain about a single gloomy day in this otherwise hot and sunny summer. Got all fall and winter for that kind of complaints.

    Good morning everyone,
    yesterday new beer tasted at a local brewery, just before returning home from work

    Eternal City Brewing (Rome, ITA) - LOCAL BEER - Pils (5%)

    Golden and transparent.
    Abundant foam.
    On the nose, herbaceous note on everything.
    In the mouth you feel a lively carbonation, light body.
    Quite in style, a little free from cereal grist.
    Lively carbonation, light body.
    Dry finish, with a light, non-invasive herbaceous bitter note.
    It lacks a bit of character (cereals and honey are almost imperceptible) before the dry finish
    Not unforgettable, but after a day of work in this heat... it seemed to me the best in the world.

    Just paid about 2€ for a single. So that’d probably be roughly $10 bucks for a four packs here.

    Delirium is good, but not $30 good.
