    I listen to 1-2 audiobooks a week at work, but read paperbacks at home. With the job pushing for more and more in office time since April, I am up to 33 books this year :joy: I would never read an abridged version. Even if the book pace is slow I want the whole story :smiley:

    Little find at the local bottle shop, a Polish Russian Imperial Stout by Komes

    Head fizzled away even though it fought a little bit at the end of its life. A hint of licorice in the roasted malt nose. Fairly rich and a tad sweet, but with a fruity aspect that cuts through the richness enough.

    De Garre. First time I have this epic triple as it is.
    This beer (from Brugge) is used as a 'base' beer for some other (also epic) Belgian brews like Piraat and others. Rather awesome :slight_smile:

    Unlike stupid New Jersey, New York permits guest taps so I’m having a pour of Quadrobeania, a Belgian Quad with coffee, from Long Lot Farms Brewery. I’ve heard about it but never had the chance-until now. Lots of coffee on the nose but it’s a very nice Quad. The coffee is complements the plum, raisin, and black cherry. Kudos to Apex for serving it.
