Great news all around. Hopped hit it on the head. MT has gone downhill with quality. That’s why they are in the hole and digging deeper. Beachwoods beers are still solid and cheaper than most others. Along with the Ryan’s RiiP pizza joint and great IPA’s HB is getting more pizza and beers. Sad to see their tasting room going away to make room for more production. But more production means more beer. Great to see Gabe out and about. Congratulations to Julian and the Gordon’s. More greatness to come in 2022.

Yeah I had no idea about the pizza Beachwood in OC. Very exciting news and glad to see Gabe and co are cognizant of slow, focused growth rather than a MT-esque explosion

I do miss the early days of #bringbacksealbeach. Some great memories and times there. Did a drive by there a couple months ago. Sad.

 

Did anything move into the space? I haven’t been down there in quite a while.

 

Especially, what happened to their “flux capacitor” tap system?

 

Yes. I don’t remember what moved in the space. That was a couple months ago. But it was occupied.

I’m sure Gabe kept it to use at one of his new locations or to go back in time when he first opened up the Seal Beach location.

 

Eppig brewing will be coming to Orange County August 1st

Eppig has been available in OC for a few months now, through Scout (and Eppig had been doing shipping through the state prior to this). Had 10:45 to Denver and Special lager at the store before I left.

Solid beers, good to see them expanding out. I wish them well.

 

I believe it was seen at Windsor. Haven’t had yet. Still hooked onto NP.

Windsor Costa Mesa posted about their new tap system. Don’t know if it’s ready yet, but it should be nice.
