    Damn auto-correct. :angry::wink:

    Helles can have a touch of sulfur, mixed in with DMS, and be true to-style, but no -- I wouldn't want it overpowering.

    Maybe I'll start a go-fund-me. :thinking_face::wink:

    I was talking to one of the proprietors at the independent retailer where I bought a lot of my RT Fest last year. He said they only received 3 cases last year. :grimacing: I may have bought it all. :flushed:

    If they released it before August, then they have to have made more, right? Otherwise the stuff won't even last until actual Oktoberfest season...

    But, I just had one myself and think it's pretty mundane, sort of bland this year... so no one should go out and buy it up... I'll take care of the stock; dump it or maybe donate it to a soup kitchen for soup stock.

    Copped singles of the Fest Bier and "California Pilsner" (not sure what that means) today...looking forward to trying this week!

    The Cali Pils is a collaboration with White Oak Brewing in Normal...can't say I'm familiar, anyone know their stuff?

    Just came to say that All-American Burger is a bangin' WC IPA. RT is officially the most under-rated brewery in Chicagoland :slight_smile:

    White Oak has been around for a bit (I want to say 2014ish? I graduated from ISU in 2012 and can recall going back for homecoming as an alumni not long after and seeing them getting up and running.)

    I haven't had any other White Oak offerings other than this Cali Pils, which I thought was excellent. Reminiscent of something like an IPL or what some of these Cold IPA's are like these days. Crisp but hoppy.
