Squinting but is that Yucky back there? First hab sauce I ever had back in the year of the small potato.

Nicer weather today. And it's always nice to have had a treehouse run.

Surprisingly great weather in the Boston area currently, especially given that supposed to be around 100 tomorrow.

Nice pale yellow body, partially hazy; thin, frothy, white head. Light grain note in the smell; a bit vegetal. Respectable flavor; light malt base; grassy, herbal notes; light hop bitterness. Medium-light body; fairly smooth on the palate; semi-sweet mouthfeel.

This beer is okay. There is nothing wrong, overall, but it seems to lack distinction.

    Pouring temperature: 46 °F; canning data: n/a

...apologies to the non-YouTube Premium users...I didn't realize my Steve Tibbett selections from my first post today were only available to such high falootin' folks (such as myself - :sunglasses:)...tones, drones, acoustic ambience and electric guitar feedback and distortion are wonderfully entwined...'Safe Journey' and 'Name Everything' are fantastic albums if one wants to truly experience early Tibbetts...'Test' is a live take on the studio cut from 'Safe Journey'...

Good afternoon, all! A late lunch at the Granite City Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA: fried Brussels sprouts and chicken enchilada soup, paired with The Bennie, a German bock that is part of their core lineup. This is a pretty tasty pairing, if I do say. Prost and/or Salud!

It is! It's one of my go-to sauces. I have like 5 varieties of El Yucateca at home; just the one here, but it's legit spicy. :grinning:

....I may have an entire shelf for just hot sauces. My kiddo has definitely lamented the lack of fridge space, insisting I don't need quite that many different beers and hot sauces. (Spoilers: they're wrong. )
