    The best thing about NY is that you can find The Alchemist w/ relative ease. There's a lot of great things. Who am I kidding? I told you guys in May that I might relocate.

    Decided to celebrate me not needing surgery for my clavicle fracture after all with a nice bottle of Cantillon and of course I can't manage to open the fucking bottle properly with my left hand and crumble half the motherfucking cork into it.

    Still pretty tasty, but having to fish bits of cork out of the glass after every pour certainly ruins the experience, urgh.

    Sounds like The Pack can use you at LT while Bakhtiari makes his way back! Have a blast at the show!

    Today's 1st choice is from Bearded Iris who make solid and flavorful IPA's. Had not had a new one BI brew since my NC relocation. Unwittingly picked up a milkshake style. This is a new definition of "bittersweet". Love all the components of the brew but definitely worlds colliding for my palate!
