Tonight’s Blind Battle Beer Tasting Lineup:

1) Jever Pilsener (4.9%): An authentic German Pils with flavors of grassy & dry grains, yeast, and a slightly bitter finish. Clean and crisp.
versus
2) Einbecker Brauherren Pils (4.9%): An authentic German Pils with flavors of earthy and sweet cracker malts, yeast, and leans slightly sweet. (mismatched these two blind)

3) BlackStack Who Put You On (8.3%): A NEIPA from Minnesota with Mosaic cryo HBC630, & Strata for flavors of sweet mango, pineapple, papaya. Leans sweet.
versus
4) Equillibrium To Space We Go (8.0% canned 5/19/22): A NEIPA from NY with Mosaic and Strata for flavors of pineapple, citrus, and green mango. (correctly matched these two blind)

Winners:

1) Jever Pilsener: This one has a slightly more grainy, yeasty, and dryer profile. Both were fantastic and it comes down to preference. Brauherren reminded me of Ayinger, also a great pilsner. Jever has been growing on me with the grainy, yeasty, and dry body.

4) Equillibrium To Space We Go: This one showcases the Mosaic and Strata well into a green mango flavor. Faintly floral and citrus with just enough green to balance the sweet mango. An absolute banger of an IPA.

Hofbrau Dunkel is righteous. I really would love to see more breweries making Dunkel year around. It's wonderful.

It's been a while since I had a Prince of Pilsen from Three Taverns. If you are into the dry hops this is a good one. Citra & Saaz give it a citrus and spicy one two punch. For those of you who love IPA, this brewery makes a really good one - A Night In Ponce. Cheers folks!

Earth Wind and Fire horns. They killed it. This one didn't make that album, ABACAB, but was released later.

Nothing special, but pay real musicians to play real instruments and I am hooked.

Hello Advocates. Thanks @AzfromOz for todays thread. Lookin' frwd to seeing your new haul of brews. I'm indoors enjoying a Schell's No Frills German Style Pilsner. It is excellent! One of the best American made German-style Pilsners I've had. Ya never know what they have up their sleeves at that brewery. Cheers! Happy Friday!
