    Got up way too early to get to Mueller State Park this morning, before sunrise.
    Now, after an 18 mile run with lots of vert (calves are barkin'), I'm going to DESTROY this Asian pork rice bowl with all the fixins. Time to nosh. NA/UA Smores malted beverage...for now.
