Looks like Windsor Browns sandwich shop is getting closer. They have their menu up.

I stopped by Friday evening for the grand opening. Place was packed. Tried the pils, hazy, west coast, and affogatto stout and thought they were all really good for their first beers. The patio was really big with shade later in the day. Will definitely be back!

I just don’t understand the pricing of their beers. It really turned me off from coming back anytime soon. I think they have great potential. I don’t think anything was great, but I think they need a little more time to dial things in. I’m just not sure I am willing to drop 10 bucks for any beer let alone Pilsner. I hope that their following is strong enough for gather a few dozen regulars to sustain them with their pricing.

I remember when Chapman Crafted first opened. I thought their prices were high for a pour and even higher for a crowler/growler to go. After a couple of months I went back. That was my last time I went back to Chapman. I will visit Everywhere next time I’m in the area. I know I can go to Green Cheek and pay $7 for a full pour of some really great beers. Even a $6 pour of Pliny. There’s too many breweries todays that have mediocre beers and charge premium beer prices.

Popped into Everywhere today to grab a couple of a four packs; got the Hello World! (German style pils) and Seemingly Ideal (hazy IPA). I had a very pleasant chat with Ryan about everyone's role, how things got started and just some general behind the scenes and chitchat. Very enthusiastic, as was everyone there seemingly.

Beautiful taproom. I look forward to stopping in with a friend or two to have some pints very soon. :beers:

I really don't see their pricing or perks out of line with other local options. And honestly it's likely cheaper in the long run than Hoarders. Everywhere includes 2 flights per month, Bruery was charging $30 for their August Society flight.

Got some 4 packs to go from everywhere. Got a wc ipa and a hazy ipa. Both were 20 bucks each and both were single ipa. Was pretty surprised with the price. Might be the highest price I’ve seen for a single ipa.

The pricing at Everywhere must reflect their high cost of doing business as new entrants into the market? Unfortunately for them they are competing against breweries that seem to enjoying lower costs and thus lower prices for their customers. Would be interested to hear what else could be driving Everywhere's costs/prices higher relative to their competition.

Decided to visit Green Cheek in the weekend after hearing these prices. Grab those Space Lust before they sell out!

I assume that new breweries need to build in a good bit of wiggle room in their pricing. It's a terrible look for a brewery to immediately or regularly raise prices. But, more than ever, prices of basic inputs are likely to fluctuate/ rise and they need to not lose money if that happens.

I don't have any special insight into this particular business, just my observation is the brewing business in general

That currently seems to be pushing the upper limit, as far as I'm aware of anyway. At what point do people start to back off from dropping $20 for a 4 pack? Maybe everybody's got more money than I do and it's not an issue for them, but it certainly makes me think twice about a purchase.

Just came back from lunch at GC with another 4pk of Cosmic Lust before it blows. Going to take a couple of cans with me to Cloudburst in Seattle this coming weekend.
