    Eastern European lagers can be very tasty and enjoyable when fresh. None of the ones that make it here are even remotely fresh so hard to judge. But I always enjoy local brews on location in Eastern Europe. Or anywhere else for that matter.

    Those were bought about two weeks ago in Split, Croatia while a relative of mine was spending his vacation there. He’s also a Serb by birth so language isn’t an issue.

    Recovery beverage after a 7 mile trail workout (5 x 5 minute tempo repeats, ugh)... maybe something real later (?) if I'm up to it.

    I survived the first day of watching the grandsons. They were actually nice to each other, with no fights. We'll see how today goes. So far, I'm encouraged. They are even doing schoolwork without being told.

    Last one of these. No regrets; they aged beautifully, as expected. Hopefully Stone re-releases them periodically, although with the sale, I'm not sure what will or will not change.
