    More pub crawling.

    At La Carafe, the oldest bar and building in Houston. They have original art work here from the 1880's that are amazing. Museums have reproductions of these, and the original's have bee sitting in this dive bar for who knows how long ha. One of my favorite spots anywhere, Yellow Rose in the glass.

    Then down the block to another incredibly old building. The bar is probably only been open about 10 years though. Houston Watch Company. Got to get my Old Fashioned in :slight_smile:

    Next stop is going over to the great Cullen Theater, to see Joshua Redman play.

    The only time I saw them live was at Bloomsburg State. It was the first show of their 79 tour. I was a freshman at Bucknell and my best friends from Jersey came out for the show. We had 2nd row seats. It was amazing!

    Its a late night for me, I use to stay up till early morning back when it was LNBA. I can barely stay up till 11 now ha. Though can't call it a night before I have some St. Bernardus.

    Josh Redman played such fantastic versions of both Adam's Apple and Footprints, that I have to spin the wonderful Wayne Shorter album now :slight_smile:
