    Good day BAs! Looks like it might be a nice day for a while, albeit on the cool side. Looks like time to can the first batch of tomatoes and pick the penultimate zucchini. I built another raised bed yesterday for next year's garden - I keep learning! The worst thing about raised beds so far is making the sand/soil/peat mixture to fill them - a lot of back-breaking sifting and mixing. Next year the tomatoes get more room and the milkweed will have to re-adjust their area as accordingly.

    A Marzen, sort of. This is a review of my second bottle from the four-pack on two separate days. The skunkiness I noted in this bottle wasn’t found in the first and didn’t last in this one – transitory at worst. While this does have a nice caramelly Märzen flavor, the bourbon is at best a weak distraction. Personally, I’d like to have seen more oak barrel and less bourbon here, and a bit less sweetness and more crispness. Rating 3.71, rDev -8.8%.

    ps - @ovaltine - we both agree and disagree!

    Hello again Advocates! Thank you @Ozzylizard for todays thread. We got another crazy storm here last night about 10pm. Buckets of rain, hellfire machine gun lightning and tornadic activity. Just super. No damage to any of my property. Just now returned from a quick 4 mile run thru the winding, gently rolling and undulating milf-lined streets of Plymouth. Summit Cabin Crusher Kolsch w Lemon. Such a refreshing brew and shakes hands with the Shandy family. Very nice. Cheers!

    Yes, I reported the opening post to update to WBAYDN #3600. That said, I appreciate @Ozzylizard taking the time to open the bar this morning.

    Seems like I also have a case of the Mondays, heading out 10 minutes too late to avoid the first of the storms we will get today. Will take advantage of the poor weather by catching up on past threads Summer and my Vegas trip kept me from. Will be a fun day.
