Good day BAs and good day to @Shanex! Thanks for starting us off - maybe someday I'll find another bottle of Duvel and can join you!

Nasty thunderstorm last evening but the garden survived in good shape, except for a few milkweeds. I picked up 233 apples prior to the storm - at least that many more fell. Today is overcast and will probably squirt out some water but I'll be painting in my garage so who cares!

Today's New Breakfast Beer:



A decent tripel which (miraculously for Founders) is NOT BBA. I'm not a tripel fan in general and I don't know what the agave is supposed to do (Sooth the gastric burn - HAH) or taste like, but this one is decent. Rating 3.71, rDev -8.2%

Good morning BAs! The wife is shopping at Harrods…I’m down the street at a pub drinking Greene King’s “Abbot” an ale on cask:



Sweet malt…no bitterness…drinks watery for 5%…otherwise ok. Cheers from London!

Happy rainy Tuesday from the North Coast - our usual morning pup walk got rained out - will try again later this afternoon.....

Have been busy down in my basement - getting 7 new glass block basement windows installed Wednesday, so some cleaning / straigtening was needed....those new windows should look nice!

I’m running errands on this lazy Tuesday and made a spur of the moment stop at Ludlam Island Brewing. Having Bay Muck, a malty, earthy, bitter American Brown Ale, on cask. Tasty stuff!

 

Time for one more: I Really Like NJ, a Blonde Ale. Cheers from Cape May County, NJ!
