Good morning BAs! After 11 weeks on the road we are back in our house. Broke camp this morning after a lovely pancake breakfast, and drove to St. Pete. Wife and dogs are snug in bed snoozing…a beer to help me unwind, unpack, and reorient - Firestone Walker’s Parabola (2022) vintage 14, imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, 14.1% abv, on the back patio:



Almost noon and the temp is 88°, with the humidity the “feels like” is 98°. I’ve got laundry running in the garage, the RV is partly unpacked, and I’m grateful to return home to fabulous beer in my chillers. Cheers and have a great day y’all!

I'm having a big time sitting at home this Labor Day weekend, watching the Vuelta a España, then Man U and Arsenal,

drinking a Jever.
The Jever cans have P and E dates stamped in miniscule print partially obscured by other stamping. I think this one's P date was 4/25/22, as fresh as I ever see it.

 

Half Acre/Highland Park Brewery Timbo Pils west coast style pilsner with Mosaic hops. A crisp, clean and floral hopped beauty. Thanks @brewskis for sharing this fine beer with me!
