I'm glad you got to try some non-macro beer Shanex, and in fact one from my hometown (Thessaloniki/Saloniki), which is located on the opposite end of the country from where you are standing.

I hope you got to try some more fun stuff while in town.

Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for starting today's thread. Looks like you're enjoying Crete! Although I've never had much interest in the Greek end of the Mediterranean, lately I've been getting kind of curious about the bigger islands - Crete, Cyprus, Rhodes - as well as some at the other end - Corsica, Sardinia, Malta. Might be a trip coming up.
@The_Kriek_Freak - Glad you're enjoying the Iberian peninsula - yet another bucket list destination for me!

Another cool, damp day here on the tundra of NW PA - my groundhog was out at 0645 eating an apple, but now he's moved on, probably to my garden to sample another tomato or three. Oh well, rodents have to eat too.

Nice! The cherry comes through well, at the room temperature serving temperature - 77.9 F here in the turtle room.

 

I was very pumped when I picked this one up as I've never had a Venezuelan beer and I have always wanted to try Polar. However, upon closer inspection I see that this is brewed in Florida? Booo.

 

Well, Florida's kind of a world unto itself, wherever Auburndale is.

Did a nearly 4 mile hike this morning with Miss Emma - close to home on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail (part of Fall Hiking Spree)....was on the hunt for some wild pawpaws - no luck with that, but did see some wild grapes and crabapples on the walk.....
