Yes. Walk up, put in an order for whatever beer you want (including mystery bags) and then they call your name at the register to pay.

 

Just now got all four variants in my two packages. I was worried about waiting until today but no issues.

 

Got two packs:

1 Handjee
1 Chemtrail
2 De Muertos

Wish I could have gotten one of each but I'm just happy I nabbed chem and handjee. If anyone has an extra casino beach and wants a de muerte, hit me up!

It’s like a blast back to the $10 bomber days. That being said, it came out in January so they most likely couldn’t sell it and put it on clearance.

 

So grabbed my single package today, and got a handjee and muerte. Grabbed the mystery and pulled a handjee there, too. So all is well in my world. Between my group of friends they pulled two handjee, a chem, and a casino beach. So we have all 4 variants. They'll likely get cracked a our New Year's Eve share, if I had to guess.

It won't be that way next year. I have a feeling with the festival going on, tickets will sell out much faster. And back before covid, it was already a bit of a mess getting them through the online method. Throw in the fact that there are a lot of people with pre-release tickets available to them... and that lotto(or whatever you wanna call it) could be an epic shitshow for some people who don't get the pre-release.

 

I think you're the first person I've seen that got multiple packages, but didn't get one of each variant, actually.

 

It’s been too long for me to accurately state if b1 is better than b2… but Crushing Mass b2 is fire! I’m a huge BA coffee stout fan (stoked for return of BCBCS) but I think b1 v b2 of CM is prolly splitting hairs. This and Cocomungo have been epic adds to the FFF arsenal.

 

I got two packages that each contained Chemtrail + Casino.

 

Will be interesting to see if they make Dismembers Only again as the packaged version was solid, but seemed one note and hasn't the ingredient flavors seem to fade pretty quick.

 

Any thoughts on whether the festival will return to a spring date, or might it be permanently pushed out into the fall considering the last few years of pandemic caused delays?

 

Was wondering the same thing but have no inside information. I guess I don’t know when they bottled the BA stuff for 2022, but they’d have to have 2022 and 2023 in barrels at the same time if it is supposed to be ready by spring. I’m sure 3 Floyd’s could but that would be a lot of barrel storage. I guess I also don’t know how long DL spends in barrels but you’d think it would be close to a year at least. I hope it’s spring but based on that I’m leaning towards fall.

 

June 6 at 6:00 am is my guess.
