    Grimm/Resident Culture Cold 1 Cold IPA (Simcoe/Mosaic with rice). Simcoe cat piss, earthy dankness, pine resin, some raspberry, lime, lemon, grapefruit pith. Dry and pleasantly bitter. Bright, clean, and quaffable. I really do enjoy this new "style" of beer.

    Oh, this can was super charged with CO2 ha. Thats OK, I can deal with a big head in my beer :slight_smile: Some more Great Heights Oakstoberfest.

    Spinning one of my favorite Andrew Hill records, Dance With Death. Part of those awful looking late 70's, early 80's Blue Note reissues (I think they were trying to have odd CTI like pictures for the cover, but you need to have someone like Pete Turner who is a legit great photographer for that). Though this music here is fantastic.
