    Windmill Pale Dutch Boy APA (Citra, Mosaic, Motueka). Nothing special, just a solid hazy pale with a nice drinkability. Quite enjoyable. Hoping the Bears game tonight turns out better than I anticipate :grimacing:

    I have (8) cases of empties purposely set aside in case we ever finish the basement and put a bar in (and somehow integrate the cans into the design). That being said, why have I not reviewed this beer yet? :astonished::dizzy_face::scream: It's been about two years since last having this and it's always an amazing experience to say hello to this old friend!

    ...and it pisses me off that I have to have AP or this new NFL + (or whatever it's called) to watch TNF...well, they're not getting any more money from me...I can live without TNF and spend my time reading and such...plus, I kind of like not being tied to a big or small screen for any personal entertainment (I spend enough time on BA - :grin:)...

    There's just a hint of autumn in the air today and I'm getting into my favorite "distributed" Pumpkin Ale from Schlafly. We have some great locals from Untied Brewing and Bull n Bear but I love this one. Cheers! Btw, it's a rare Sunday when the Giants and Jets both win!

    I grabbed two four packs after tasting it on draft. Was a similar hot day here, and I can't handle drinking these heavy stouts in 90F high humidity weather, but this beer will salvage the evil cold Chicago winter days which will arrive soon enough.

    Drinking seasonally with this new to me brewery which had their initial one-time drop in Chicago last month.

    Full review in the New Beer Sunday #917 thread. Bottom line, this looks and smells great, but tiptoes too close to the marzen line for my preference. Glad I tried, and it's a good beer setting aside style and my preferences.
