    Just finished a batch of bone broth. Simmers for three days, filtered into canning jars and then into the freezer. This batch made 26 jars. Next is chokecherry jam. A big favorite of mine.

    I don't really drink SingleCut beers these days, but I never pass on my all-time favorite from them, especially when it's fresh. DDH Bon Bon. This isn't disappointing me at all, either. It's fantastic. Thankful. Peace...

    Full treatment in the Oktoberfest thread. Rated this very high a few years ago, all notes similar, but not as gaga over it as I was two years ago. Perhaps it's just change in my preferences or experience with festbiers (this was one of my first). That said, enjoying the beer in my mug.
