    Drinking Spencer Trappist Ale. I wish I had tried this beer sooner, because it rivals any
    European Trappist that I have ever had. I bought 2 four packs knowing that the brewery had ceased operations and I will buy any additional I see on the shelves. Btw the glass is from Sierra Nevada's collaboration with the monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux. I haven't seen that beer in ages.

    Thanks to @Shanex for opening the doors today. I love Duvel. I have fond memories of visiting the Duvelorium in Bruge this summer.

    Long day of work and I'm now sipping on Dark Mode from Revolution. Now back to work. Cheers all!

    I only have two on hand here, so trust me, they don't have time to go bad. :wink: At home, I have an entire shelf in the fridge for hot sauces. My kids do not approve lol.

    A dystopian vision of one permanent season is well depicted in Cormac McCarthy's The Road. It is a great book by a great writer but it is truly disturbing. It is unforgettable. Nuclear winter. Anyway that's bleak and that Duvel looks very good. I think I'll get one today and Cheers to everyone.
