Also, your wife is a smart person. A friend of mine was going through hell back in 09' after he lost his dad. She told him that he MUST go to the Northwest Angle for a fishing trip, even though she was preggo as heck. He had fun, and their daughter loves going there, and will be going there for a trip with her older sisters next year, now that the border is open again.

 

BTW, I've already got 20 hints written out, waiting to drop. We'll see how many it takes my target to get the hints.

I'm not sure why you're out. Rutgers has played both Washington and Washington State twice but doesn't play either this year.

 

Rutgers and Cal have previously played twice but don't play this season.

Thanks all for the well wishes. Thankfully I was in the car alone... baby was home with her mom. The car being out of commission is a pain in the ass (as well as just a major source of stress overall), but we've got a rental, and I don't want to count my sheep before they hatch, but I think the other driver's insurance should cover everything (including the rental car). It was a 17 year old kid on his way to golf practice who admitted he just kind of zoned out and wasn't paying attention.
And as far as the timing of it all... since baby wasn't in the car it actually works out ok! I was on my way home to start my paternity leave anyway, so I don't have to deal with trying to get to and from work, and I've got that much more time to try and sort everything out.
I just really hope they don't total out my car, because I REALLY don't want to have to go through the process of replacing it!

Sticking with Geography.
I don't know what the difference is between a village, a hamlet, a civil parish, and a town.
I live in Washington. The state. I felt I had to specify, because Washington is the second most common city name in the US. Named in honour, no doubt, of the first President of the United States of America (no, not Caspar Babypants [cringe]).
I'm not aware of any villages named after me or my family, though there is an Arp, TX, which is close (and my dad's from Texas, so that gives it a bonus closeness!).
Does my target have any such connections? The internet sure thinks so! But, eGads and great Dickens, watch your wallet, or you may wind up in a grave!

Thanks. It’s funny how long you go without doing something and then realize it. My wife and I went out for dinner on Friday last week for the first time without the kids since before they were born in December of ‘16. Their school offered a movie/date night. The kids get to watch a movie and the parents get a date. We were incredibly nervous the entire time because it felt odd not having the kids with us. In the end it was great and we can’t wait to do it again, but man was it odd. After that, I really started to look forward to the trip.



Also, there are no rules against winning more than one LIF…..

I'm blotto right now, but also very suspicious. My family history is intertwined with Washington, because my namesake hired him in 1751 to survey his land.
