That looks and sounds delicious! I wish barrel aged Marzens were more of a readily available option

Tasty porter! Light roast, not sweet, dark bittersweet chocolate. Light (6%) and easy drinking. I like! Cheers y’all!

Finally down to 7 assorted Oktos remaining in the fridge. I am determined to not purchase more despite my love.

I'll drink them in ascending order from least to most liked (this year). By no means is that meant to imply I don't enjoy this one elected to consume first.

Not a lot of people on this site hit Nebraska area (to be blunt, eastern NE/Omaha area). Seems you’re on the move, and I didn’t check in yesterday, but did you get to check out anything local-ish to Lincoln?

    Something light...
I introduce to you all the neighborhood cat. He spends most his days on our porch. I trapped this little fucker, his mom , sister and brother early in their life and got them spayed/neutered . They're always out there on the porch or nearby

Enjoying a Wiseacre Oktoberfest Marzen bier. It is a pretty good representation of the style, just a tad too sweet and not enough toastiness in the malt.
    Cheers!

Happy Friday BA's! Here's something old but different. Jackie's Revenge Oak Aged Brown Ale from Cherry Street in Cumming, GA. Just canned on 10/10/22. It is an English Style Brown Ale age with American White Oak. Checks in at 7% ABV. Some may not like a beer with wood flavor but I like it. Spruces up the boring British Brown Ale. Good sit by the fire on a cold night beer. Cheers!

Drinking now what may be my favorite stout, after maybe Founders CBS or some BCBS variant. Outstanding and I know if I lived in Murica I’d get it much more easily.

I feel spoiled nonetheless. What a great beer!

...Boiler Brewing Co. In Lincoln..the finest, most balanced and easy drinking imperial pilsner I've ever had (I generalky hate all others I've had -- to hot and brash), a fantastic DIPA that can rival PtE and a barrel aged imperial stout that beats nearly a y Goose Island BCBS offering...truly an undiscovered gem (in my opinion)...
