I had to purchase some regular beer for my party and I won’t be wasting this stuff. You will see this once in awhile until they are gone. 15 years ago I insisted on this for our wedding and now my first one of 2022.

Yeah, it can shut down your liver and kidneys if you're a rookie. My son and I have good identifiers and have been very careful otherwise.

 

I couldn't find the article. but my guess would be that they consumed something from the Amanita genus. The Death Cap or Amanita Phalloides is one of the deadliest ones. There's several others.
