    Hey Advocates. Happy Tuesday.

Drinking Daytime IPA, because it’s low ABV and flavorful nonetheless. Good to kick off a day.

    Cheers!

[IMG] A few before we hit the water park. This is ok, not many options for a New Englander.

First snow fall of the year here. Warm California beer to help me cope.

Hoping to find Stone Xocoveza on draft out West when I abandon Chicago for most of February. Trying to decide whether to hit Northern California (Russian River, Fieldworks, others) for the first time as a craft drinker or to hit my favorites and a few new ones in San Diego and or the Los Angeles area. Keeping the California portion of the trip refundable so I can audible elsewhere in the event they pull out restrictions again this Winter.

The Vegas portion is set, including a five night stay at The Sahara, which is convenient to hit the Beer District between Fremont Street and The Strip. A few tunes were played from this album after midnight on Matthew Hermes' jazz overnight program. This album was recorded live nearly 60 years ago by an artist still going strong.

    G'day all!

Found some new snow on the ground so I reckon that called for a delicious Porter. Robust even.

    Prost!

Good day BAs! Not as cool this morning (low 70s) but the dogs and I will take it. Usual chores done, drinking a Belgian-style BBA Imperial Stout - Taxman’s “Deadline”:

Vintage 2022. Canned 3/24/21. Poured at 53°. Fruity Belgian yeast nose. Some bitter roast malt and chocolate, no barrel notes to speak of…minimal warmth from 13.3% …the Belgian aspect overwhelms the barrel and base…I keep coming back to bananas. Not bad, just not a combo that appeals to me in a BBA impy stout.

Taking the RV into the shop for service today…maybe I’ll see y’all again later…Cheers and have a terrific Tuesday!

Best I can do in the a.m.
Lame ol N/A UA chocolate milk malt stout thing. Not bad, for what it is (and isn't).
6 miles this morning and signing up for some early coaching supervision for Leadville. Heartrate running/spiking a bit during cold runs, and want to make sure I'm not doing too much stupid before 2023 begins in earnest. First coach I'll have since I was... what... 18? Fun. I hope.

    Cheers!
