S nothing, second letter is the month (number of that letter in the alphabet)

Next two # = day

Last letter # in alphabet = year

So November 23 of 2021. Unless I can’t interpret my own notes which is entirely possible.

If the decoder is working properly, that code equates to Nov 23 2021 (one decoder reference).

Without even reading the post, I can tell you that you probably did. I've given up on buying their stuff considering the 2 inch layer of dust on most of their bottles.

 

Not quite apples to apples, but I recently bought a 4-pack of Paulaner Helles that I failed to note was just over a year old.

I can't say my experience was as pleasant as yours -- the beer has turned cardboard and the hops have turned harsh. I guess not all cans are created equal.

 

I've wondered this with some of the German ones that do it, I'm guessing they just would start back at A. Or the universe simply implodes...I'm unsure, we'll find out soon I guess.

 

I was expecting a yes/no question here, where the answer is always yes.
